Get a bird’s eye view of downtown Saint Paul by climbing the steps and walking through a secret door to get to the top. This is the one rooftop you don’t want to miss this summer. * Accessible only via stairs, 61 steps total from the 6th floor landing to the top. Or skip the elevator all together and climb the 198 stairs from the first floor.
