Summer Nights in Rice

Reggae, jazz, Big Band, Latin, Salsa and blues rock – there’s something for everyone at the 2023 line-up of Summer Nights in Rice, Rice Park Association’s second year of great music in downtown Saint Paul’s Rice Park.  Summer Nights in Rice is a free outdoor summer concert series occurring on select Thursdays from 5:00pm -7:00pm, June through September. Visit local downtown Saint Paul restaurants for happy hour, then head to Rice Park for FREE live music, community connections, and hot summer night dancing!

Local eats can be enjoyed at these area restaurants: The Grill at The Saint Paul Hotel, Meritage, Momento, Herbie’s, Kincaid’s, Sakura, Gray Duck Tavern, Afro Deli and The Loon Cafe.

“Summer Nights in Rice” is presented by Rice Park Association and Twin Cities Mobile Jazz Project, with support from the Saint Paul Cultural STAR Program, and additional support from the Historic Hamm Building, Landmark Center, and The Saint Paul Hotel-The Grill.

In case of rain or inclement weather, concerts will be moved into Landmark Center. Restroom facilities for the concerts will be available at Landmark Center throughout the series.
